The Radio Go Gear chest harness is designed to provide a safe and comfortable way to have your HT close. The harness securely fastens around the left shoulder and the mid section of your body. Our simple design provides for ease of operation and easy access to your HT. Each harness is made from quality materials. We use an industrial strength 1" webbing for the straps, durable locking buckles and Cordura D1000 material for the harness body. * The pocket will accommodate an HT that is 6" in height , 3 1/4" wide and 1 1/2" in depth. This size nicely holds an HT with the battery and a rear belt clip and side connection speaker/mic attached. The radio is snugly secured on top with an elastic hook/loop closure. At the top of the harness there is a hook/loop strap to hold the lower part of the antenna in place. The shoulder strap has a loop placed 6" above the top of the harness to hold a longer antenna in place. The straps are extra long and can be sized. The back features a simple web loop around the shoulder strap for up/down sizing and a comfortable fit. To accommodate a speaker/mic clip, the harness has a strap to the left of the radio pocket. * Urethane coated CORDURA (nylon canvas) is tough, resistant to tears and scuffs, is very lightweight and water resistant, UV-resistant and much more durable than other fabrics such as cotton and polyester. |
